These are the lower central incisors: the two middle teeth on the bottom. Earlier or later can still be normal.

What to expect

One tooth may appear before the other.
The order and timing can vary.

Simple care

Offer a clean, cool teether for sore gums.
Start cleaning the tooth as soon as it appears.
