Standard delivery is free when your cart reaches the current store threshold (today: R1000).
We no longer use fixed flat rates. You see the exact delivery price for your address at checkout (courier rate plus our packing/handling fee).
Standard
Live quote at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel size. We add a small packing/handling fee (lower for Ballito, Salt Rock, and Umhlali). Typical transit: typically 2–5 business days after the courier collects.
Express
Faster courier options when available for your address — also quoted live at checkout, with express handling. Typical transit: typically 1–4 business days after the courier collects (where available).
Free Standard
Standard delivery is free on orders of R1000+. Express is still quoted separately when you choose it.
We work with trusted South African courier partners. When we book your shipment we email a waybill; live tracking events usually start after the courier has collected the parcel.
Orders leave from Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. Regional times below are after collection, not next-day promises — including within KZN. Address-specific options are confirmed at checkout.
Delivery timelines exclude weekends and public holidays and are planning estimates rather than guaranteed delivery appointments. Courier, weather, remote-area, and peak-period delays can occur. If a material delay affects your order, we'll contact you and agree the next steps.

Do you deliver to a PO Box?
Our courier partners require a physical street address. If you only have a PO Box, contact us and we'll find the best available option.
What if I'm not home?
Couriers usually attempt delivery again or hold the parcel at a nearby depot. Let us know if you need help coordinating collection.
When is my order collected by the courier?
Please allow 2–4 business days for payment verification, packing, and courier collection. Collection is not same-day. Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends/public holidays, begin processing on the next business day. Transit estimates start after collection.
Can I change my address?
Contact us immediately. If the courier has not yet collected the parcel, we can usually update the delivery address.
